Mr. Amstutz talks about how the problems associated with the TEA take-over of HISD has been going on for decades. He talks about how a genuine investment in students, which is presently grossly inadequate, will have to take place and that the 2023, 2024 "Common Good," must be found. He says more caring adults will have to step as advocates for success.
