Episode interview focused on the Mentor/Mentee Program with the Houston Public Library that came about as an endeavor from a survey to better deal with and understand the George Floyd incident. Basis and expectations were established as a result of the survey. The experiences, trust and bonding as well as the importance of inclusion and diversity as related to race and social justice were also discussed. The program has been in existence for three years.
